Assignment—Analyst's Research Report

Assignment: Choose a company and write a sample of an analyst research report of about 300 words giving a rating for the expected performance of the stock price of this company. Remember to take the voice of a brokerage firm giving an "independent" evaluation of another company.  Use the nearly the same format (exceptions below) as the example given on this page. Be sure to include the following points:

• Company Description

• Valuation

• Key Investment Positives

• Key Investment Risks

Try to include the following kinds of information:

• valuation measures (e.g., P/E, Price/Book)
• financial (e.g., profit margin, revenue growth, debt)
• product (e.g., "pipeline", rollout, ramp up)
